Translation costs are based on the target language word count. Price per word varies depending on the language and document type. You will receive a firm quote upon review of your original document. The minimum charge is $50.00. You can send us your text by email, fax, courier service or regular mail using the contact information to the right.

• estimates

To obtain a free estimate without obligation, please send us a digital or hard copy of your document. We can also provide estimates by telephone and e-mail. Quotations are usually based on an estimated word count and the final price may vary. For a firm quote, you must send us your original text as an email attachment or by fax, courier service or regular mail.

• interpreting

Interpreting fees in the Tucson metropolitan area are charged by the hour, with a two-hour minimum. Outside of this area the minimum is one half day. The rates include all travel expenses when necessary. We can arrange short-notice interpreting services, including special equipment for conferences.
